Cactus At The Black Range Museum In Hillsboro, N.M.

It is hard for me to pass up an opportunity to show cactus,
and when we were in Hillsboro recently the first place
we stopped was the Black Range Museum,
which was unfortunately closed,
but had lots of pots of cactus and succulents outside.

This is the fifth post on Hillsboro and the others are here:

I am not exactly sure what Fat Plants refer to but whatever...

...they sure look nice.

The arrangement of the pots look great.

We missed a lot of the blooms but this one did not disappoint.

The containers are a nice collection of pots
and old recycled this and that.

It never occurred to me that the stones were plastic
but Allison set me straight.

They looked real to me.

Down the street a ways this beautiful cactus flower
was peeking over the wall to see what was going on.
