I want to get back to stairways and one of the coolest
I have seen lately is one that Andrew has built.
You may remember previous posts I have done
It is hard enough to build a spiral staircase,
but it gets really hard when one uses non-dimensional wood.
How he figured this out is beyond me.
I love the newel post and cap here.
As a post script - always keep the rise and run consistent
following the rules for determining the proper relationship
between the two, and follow all codes relating to stairways.
