Metal Sculpture In The Garden

Not being a metal worker (one of the few trades I have not dabbled in much)
I have done very little with metal work in this blog.

Let's look at some metal sculpture now.

We found the above piece in Bisbee, Arizona.

This striking fellow we saw in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.

To see more of where it lives go to

These were at Boyce Thompson Arboretum near Superior, Arizona.

The above piece is at Cosanti near Scottsdale, Arizona.

Above is not exactly sculpture, it is really a gate,
found in San Carlos, Sonora
but it certainly has sculptural quality.

These next two pieces are in Patagonia, Arizona...

...and the whole yard was filled with more,
and the discarded metal used to make them.

in Alamos, Sonora, Mexico.

  1. Such creativity! Amazing. Hope you two are doing well. Spring has finally arrived here in Victoria, complete with pink blossoming trees and daffodils. It was actually sunny today!
