I want to add one more post on domes.

When looking at architecture in Mexico it is impossible to ignore churches
and cathedrals and so it is also when thinking of domes.
Guadalajara, Jalisco
Well, this is not a church but is in the cemetery in Alamos, Sonora...
...and looking up underneath shows the inside of the dome.
This was taken in Guanajuato, Guanajuato.
Notice the vaulted roofs radiating out from the domed section.
The interior of this church is in Zacatecas, Zacatecas
and shows how beautiful the interior of a dome is.
This dome is peaking over the roof lines in Patzcuaro, Michoacan.
Finally, the church in Alamos, Sonora.
