In our travels we have run across some pretty cool doors. Above and below is a door from Brattleboro, Vermont. This is one of my favorites because it is an eye catching door and very well made. It is in a protected spot which keeps the door in good shape.

This is not necessarily a show stopper but it is beautiful, well made door.

This door started its life as a screen door with the screen in the upper panel. When an addition caused the previously outside door to become the bathroom door an upper panel was added. The frame was made from leftover lumber from a framing project and the panels from recycled wood. We don't necessarily need to use the best quarter sawn straight grain wood for woodworking.
