Round Windows and Diamonds

There is an allure to round windows.

Even though they can be quite difficult to construct people still love them
and they even have a sort of soothing effect.

These first two were designed by Paolo Soleri,
who seems to love the round form.

Above is at Arcosanti near Cordes Junction, Arizona.

This round, diamond square is at Cosanti near Scottsdale, Arizona.

The above greenhouse window comes from my post:

We saw this tree house window recently in Patagonia, Arizona.

Okay the round window above is not really a window
but a skylight in Zacatecas, Zacatecas, Mexico.

For more on skylights see my recent post:

We found this diamond in Silverton, Colorado.
